Jeanneau Sunrise 35 built in 1988 and Designen by Jacques Fauroux , This yacht is of the Sunrise 35 Class Design in Kevlar reinforced GRP. It features a high volume Hull with bolt on cast iron keel and skeg rudder. The deck works comprise o wedge form coachroof and after cockpit, self draining by design. The mast head sloop rig is carried on alloy spars and a diesel auxilliary is installed driving exposed shaft gear. The vessel is configured as an "Oweners Version" being fitted out with a fore cabin,Main Saloon,incorporating - Galley and Navigators station, separate heads and an Aft quarter cabin. The boat has 6 Berths in  3 Cabins and is powered by a 27 HP Yanmar inboard Diesel Engine.Has been with the present owner for the last ten years (3rd owner), is very well maintained and has lots of character. Being the ‘Owners Version’ (as opposed to the ‘Charter Version’) has less berths (six against eight) but provides a more accomodating layout. Ideal for cruising.
Rig & Machinery
The spars are silver anodised alloy extrusions by Z Spars complete with spinnaker pole. Standing rigging was renewed 2004. Running rigging is braid on braid polyester and all is in good condition. The boom is arranged for slab reefing and is fitted with Barton Lazyjacks. All contol lines and haliards are led back to the cockpit and togther with Furlex headsail reefing makes this yacht easy to handle with a small crew. Sail wardrobe comprises: main, furling genoa, No 1 myler, No 3 genoa, Tri main and storm jib. Sprayhood, dodger, and Bimini are provided for the cockpit.
YANMAR 3GM30 27HP DIESEL ENGINE Fresh water cooled with Martec exchanger (new 2007) and colorifier giving pressurised hot water. Fuel consumption 0.45 gallons per hour Shaft drive to 2 Corgi folding prop (two blade fixed spare). Morse controls. Cruising speed approximately 6 knots ELECTRICS Two 12v switched batteries. Shore electrics. New domestic battery 110ah 2007. TANKAGE FUEL 45 litres WATER 200 litres. Hot/Cold pressurised water throughout.GROUND TACKLE 35kg CQRanchor with 8mm/40m chain.
